STAK Space is open 24/7 for members. Staff are available on-site from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Members can access STAK Space using the STAK App. Please do not share your access credentials. Guests must be registered in advance during business hours.
Yes, monthly parking is available in our adjacent lot at 1901 Franklin St., Oakland, CA 94612. Please contact the STAK Space team for pricing. Daily parking is also available.
Yes, we’re located just 0.2 miles (a 3-minute walk) from the 19th Street/Oakland Station. Exit the station onto 20th Street, walk east for two blocks to Franklin Street, then turn left and walk north for half a block. STAK Space (1950 Franklin Street) will be on your right.
Our standard agreements are month-to-month, but we are happy to offer discounts for longer commitments.
You can change your monthly membership plan at any time with 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
If the number of Members or Invitees regularly using your Space exceeds the number allocated on your Purchase Form you will be required to pay the then current additional fees. In no event will the number of Members exceed 1.5 times the number of desks in the Office Space, regardless of additional fees paid. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members and Invitees allowed at any point.
All memberships include access to high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds up to 10 Mbps.
Shared printers and scanners are available. Printing is charged per page after a monthly allowance included with your membership.
Yes, we regularly host networking events, workshops, and social gatherings. Please see the STAK App for updates on upcoming events.
Members may host up to two (2) guests at a time in coworking areas, meeting rooms (if reserved), or event spaces. Guests may not use desks, private offices, or lounges independently.
Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct. Abuse of guest privileges may result in penalties, including fees, revoked privileges, or mandatory membership upgrades. For exceptions or extended visits, contact management (additional fees may apply).
Yes, we offer event spaces for rent. Contact the STAK Space team for availability and pricing.
We maintain a professional environment. Please use headphones for audio and take phone calls in designated areas or phone booths.
Phone booths and pods are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please limit usage to 1 hour at a time to ensure availability for others.
