We had an amazing tour with Aldrin! From the moment we walked in, Aldrin was so welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the community. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole experience feel personalized. The building itself is absolutely stunning — the rooftop deck with breathtaking city views, modern fitness center, and co-working lounge really make it stand out.

Had my tour yesterday with Kubra and was blown away by what's to come. The building is still undergoing some construction but from what I was able to see, it will be well worth the wait. Many of the amenities are complete or undergoing finishing touches and they are spacious, modern and luxurious. I am most excited about the gym (it's huge and has almost all the machines you could think of) and the rooftop views are breathtaking! I will definitely be taking full advantage of the amenities. I was also able to tour my unit (an Ori-furnished studio) which was also quite spacious and receives lots of natural light.

I had two tours and both were great! Malik and Montez were excellent, very professional, and they took their time showing me the property and answering all my questions. Jarius at the front desk was a delight to meet as well, and I left very excited to move forward with applying for an apartment.

I had a tour with Kubra and she was very helpful and friendly. My tour was very informative. Even though I didn't move forward with the application, I really liked the building. The gym was amazing! I have never seen such a beautiful penthouse lounge with stunning Bay view. I also like the idea of Tesla fleet. Definitely recommend it!

1900 Broadway Apartments is simply incredible! Watching the 3D virtual tour of the co-living area, I was thoroughly impressed with the sleek and futuristic features and amenities. The YouTube video of the drone footage showcasing other locations such as the huge gym, were also exciting to see.

I've had a great overall experience living at this apartment complex. The location is fantastic, and I feel incredibly safe thanks to the excellent security. The amenities, including the workout space and amazing views from the top floor, make the living experience much more enjoyable.
