Imagine this:
A building that blends luxury apartments, premium coworking spaces, and full-time resort-level amenities and service.
No, it’s not the set of some futuristic movie set, it’s 1900 Broadway in Oakland.
Welcome to the future of city life!
Let’s start with the basics. Sitting pretty right above 19 St. BART station (because who doesn’t love a shortcut to everywhere?), this building has everything.
Need an apartment? It’s got 452 of them, complete with space-saving robotic furniture to make you feel like a tech-savvy wizard.
Looking for an office? There are four floors of luxury coworking spaces where you can crush deadlines, brainstorm big ideas, or just pretend to be busy while sipping on artisanal coffee.
Oh, and did I mention the lounges, state-of-the-art gym by LiveStrong, taproom, golf simulators, event spaces, high-tech meeting, conference and event spaces, YouTube and Podcasting studios.
But wait, there’s more—because this is where things get next-level. Driving in? Daily and monthly parking is right next door at 1901 Franklin. Taking transit? The 19th Street BART station is steps away.
Not a fan of cars? No problem. There’s enough bike storage to satisfy even the most hardcore cycling enthusiasts.
And it’s not just for individuals. This is the perfect playground for startups and companies that want to attract talent with perks that you can actually use and brag about.
Who wouldn’t want to work in a place where your apartment is an elevator ride to your office, and your commute is a stroll downstairs?
Add in the chance to network with the brightest minds in San Francisco, and you’ve got a setup that’s light-years ahead of traditional corporate campuses.
It’s not just a building; it’s a lifestyle. Welcome to STAK Space. Welcome to the future.
