Courtyard

A covered courtyard of about 3,800 sq ft on the second floor of 1950 Franklin, sheltered by a skylight trellis and finished with climbing ivy, stone floors, planters and bistro tables. It holds up to 250 standing or 170 seated, so it works on its own for receptions, mixers, networking breaks and happy hours in any weather. Event rooms on the floor open onto it through full-height glass doors, and you can pair it with the private Dining Room next door for dinner followed by drinks outside.

The Courtyard is one of the spaces in the STAK Event Center on Level 2. Rent it on its own, combine it with the Dining Room, or book the whole event center as a full-floor buyout. Each space is priced separately, so ask us for a quote on the mix you need.

• Room for 250 Guests: Host up to 250 standing for a reception or 170 seated at bistro tables, with planters and greenery setting the scene.

• Catering Steps Away: Darling Dear, our full-service catering partner, works from the adjacent commercial kitchen for passed appetizers, buffets and plated meals. Outside caterers are welcome too.

• Pair It With the Dining Room: Book the Courtyard on its own, or add the private Dining Room next door for a seated dinner that flows outside for drinks. Together they host 250+ guests.
