Command attention in our premier 39th-floor boardroom at 1900 Broadway. Together with its private balcony, the space covers about 1,200 sq. ft., with floor-to-ceiling views of Oakland, San Francisco and the Bay. The table seats 16, and the room holds up to 25 guests for a standing reception, making it ideal for executive meetings, board sessions, investor presentations and client pitches.

This premier simulator suite is your private portal to world-class golf courses, virtual batting cages, and a full roster of interactive games. Designed for both client entertainment and team building.

Book a single simulator bay from $50 an hour, or rent the full room for $250 an hour. The full room includes both golf bays, the pool table, ping pong and music.

A 2,562-square-foot private dining room on the second floor of 1950 Franklin, made for executive lunches, plated dinners, galas and award nights. Round tables seat up to 150 guests, a large display screen handles presentations and toasts, and the room adjoins our commercial kitchen, so our full-service catering partner, Darling Dear, can serve every course fresh. Book the Dining Room on its own, or add the covered Courtyard next door for a cocktail hour that flows straight out through the glass doors.

A covered courtyard of about 3,800 sq ft on the second floor of 1950 Franklin, sheltered by a skylight trellis and finished with climbing ivy, stone floors, planters and bistro tables. It holds up to 250 standing or 170 seated, so it works on its own for receptions, mixers, networking breaks and happy hours in any weather. Event rooms on the floor open onto it through full-height glass doors, and you can pair it with the private Dining Room next door for dinner followed by drinks outside.
